im a new A6 owner i just bought a 2002 A6 3.0 with 67,000 miles for $9,400 from a private seller in chicago he drove it all the way to Grand Rapids,MI anyway we have been getting like 12" of snow a night here its been crazy and i took my car out one night and played in the snow because i could!! the next day it stopped snowing so i thought i would get it washed. Well on the way to get it washed i noticed it started to shake at about 30 mph i didn't hit anything that night maybe snow is packed underneath the car?? any comments would be great thanks

 

id check the the rims for packed snow that could throw your wheels off balance

 

Probobly just packed snow but i would check to see if the outer CV joint boots have not failed. If you catch them quick enough like I did you just need to replace the CV joint boots and not the entire joint.
