C5 A6 lower front grille mod
Hi guys just finished phase 1 of my mod on 3 front lower grilles. Let me know what you think, I still need to finish off with about 3 good coats of black paint. I used the stock inserts for the base of this mod. If there is enough interest I will post step by step

RE: C5 A6 lower front grille mod
Lol, I sort of agree. I love the idea behind it but god its so chincy. Just mask it in some black paintlike the RS6's and it will look even better. Becides if you decide black is not your style you can always re-paint in silver.

RE: C5 A6 lower front grille mod
As I originally posted, this is phase 1, I am definitely painting these black, in fact the first coat of primer is drying as I type this. If I get the desired effect with the black paint I will continue to the upper grille, which I have a feeling will be more difficult. I would love to have bought these, but as you know, they dont sell em. So chop cut rebuild. Thanks for the input. unfortunately I have to agree with Halik, right now it looks ricey. But solace comes to me knowing that I have a stage 3- A6, which will spank any accord on the road
