Default Audi A6 instrument cluster BUG

Hello everyone. Since I'm still new to this forum and my first language is not English, then I apologize if there are some spelling errors.
Now the problem. I have an Audi A6 quattro, 1998, 2.4, manual transmission. Recently, the instrument cluster has started resetting itself. Not exactly the most awesome feeling when all the lights begin to flash on the display. After a moment, all work normally again. Gone is the trip counter and the computer readings. It doesn´t effect cars performance or any other inner lights. The problem occurs even when the ignition is off. I have checked the fuses, wiring, everything is fine. But still i´m having this bug somewhere.
I have done everything possible to solve the problem, but without success.
So, i´m hopeing to find some feedback from this forum users because honestly, that bug drives me crazy.
I´v put a short clip to show u what is happening exactly, when that happens

If you honestly think the wiring is OK (and you might want to double check the grounds) you will have to replace the cluster as it has an internal break. You MIGHT be able to get it rebuilt by the guy who does the pixel repairs BUT a used cluster would probably be your best bet.

Good luck,

Bob

I agree to check the grounds, otherwise it most probably is a break in the wiring or a cracked circuit board in the I-Panel. I had a 1989 100 Q which used to do something similar - a sharp slap to the top of the dashboard above the display corrected the problem for a while, however if I went overt one too many bumps in the road the display would go out again.
