RE: ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED (vvme hid kit and fuse blowing)
Hey Thanks for the reply...
after the storm cleared up, I went and checked the wiring real quick, not a single pinched wire... I wasn't able to test it with a voltmeter...
The high beams work, signals, parking, etc... only the low beam on drivers side does not work, everything else works....
What in the world can be wrong with it? the bulb is fine/wiring is good and so is the fuse
what should i replace or look for?
if you can't help without further info, wait and I will post a result/update from the voltmeter test...
btw: sacramento is about 4 hours away from me, so i don't think i'll be up there anytime soon...
thanks for eveything tho

OKAY... Finally I had time to look into the problem this weekend...
I took out the fuse and scraped the blades and put it back in, then i used a voltmeter to check the low beam connections and it showed up as 11.92 which is fine. Then I went out and purchased a brand new h1 bulb just for the sake of it so that i will eliminate any problem and SUPRISINGLY IT WORKED...
So I guess that the new fuse's blades were dull and i needed to scrape them for good contact and to my bad luck both of my old halogens had went bad @ the same time so a new bulb ensured that everything is fine....
THIS IS all great but now I need a new hid ballast and new hid bulb for the driver's side... I opened a paypal dispute against VVME so far and have decide to purchase the replacements from somewhere else for around $35 to $40 shipped....
---DOES anyone know where I can get the new bulb and ballast? ebay sellers deal out of listings for these kind of things...
Thank you
