A6 3.0 v6 Intake manifold removal guide ?

Could someone please point me in the right direction of a guide online or on this site for removal of intake manifold on A6 3.0 v6.
Have tried to search but came up with nothing on removal.

HELLO. I am new to this site so please bare with me. I am looking for info on removing the air intake manifold on an 04 a4 3.0. any help will be greatly appreciated! thanks!
