If you are flush your system, then running G12 is waste of money. Just run water through first, drain, and fill it back up with 50/50 mixture.

I am very confused about what u just said your telling me drain my coolant put water through it then plug it up and throw in half g12 and half distilled water. If so I have 2.5 Gal capacity there for I should put gallon and quarter of g12 and water?

No. Drain the coolant. Fill the system with distilled water. Run it briefly and drain. Fill it back up with 50/50. You will never be able to fully drain the system. Your car will not take 2.5 gallon.
