Default 2000 A6 4 5 6 misfiring

Hey guys I cant find this issue. Cyilinders 4- 5 and 6 misfire. I've checked the timing with the cam tool, I've checked compression, thats good. Some times it runs great and then like crap. Ive wiggled the harness while it was messing up and could not get any result
I think this is a electrical issue.
Anyone?

Yes,
16684 Random misfire detected
16688 Cylinder 4 misfire detected
16689 Cylinder 5 misfire detected
16690 Cylinder 6 misfire detected
18010 Voltage supply terminal 30 voltage too low.

I think the last code is from the battery going dead. Just to note the alternator works fine.
Ive replaced the modules on the air box with new ones from the dealer and it made no change at all. I have good compression on all 6 cylinders so that's why I'm leaning to electrical issues in the harness or could there be another sensor on that bank that would cause this?

I've been wiggling the wiring harness where ever I can reach and no changes, just wanted to update on that.
