So I take my 05 you thinkA6 Q in for 55k service and also hot air blowing out of side vents (TSB) so no labor charged just the $378 part. Also my CD, Radio, Nav, goes off and comes on every 15 seconds cause my phone screen keeps saying PLEASE WAIT, then NO PHONE CONNECTED. So the dealer thinks this flash hooked up to somewhere in MI can help UNTIL I get the dredded call today. Mr.so and so, yes, your going to have to have the whole phone module or MMI module replaced and it's $700. We hope this works and Im pissed. ALso the right tail and brake lights go out and I get warnings and then they are back to normal so they can see it and the service advisor says lets just replace the bulb and tighten connection then other service advisor says there is no problem. So please tell me why there is no hard reset for MMI system and this part which is under passenger seat will take 2 days and set me back $700 extra. Do you think I should ask them to save the part so I can see it? Does anyone know of a hard reset? Howz do I know what they are telling me is true? Any suggestions> Thanks, Krattz
