Default ZEX wet kit

alright so i was looking at the ZEX wet kit for fuel injected 6 cylinders. I see it comes with a module that sprays when it senses wide open throttle...which seems like a good idea...cause i mean when else would you spray. But having a manual...i have to wonder how quick it is to stop spraying as i shift. Cause i believe it is very bad to spray out of gear correct? (ie: nuetral, inbetween shifts)

If you get a wet setup, with a progressive controller, it works via your throttle settings. It gives full shot at full throttle, etc, and you can alter how much for your throttle position... JUST GET IT SET UP RIGHT!!!!!

Yeah, NOS is crazy stuff if you don't do it right. You could easily melt your valves if you're not careful. Sounds like you've got the right idea having it installed.

Either way, you install it wrong and it's bad news bears. Haha. I imagine this system would be pretty damn good on a V6, you'll probably get some good response from it. They're usually pretty reliable too, I mean you can put ZEX on a ricer and not blow the engine up, don't see any reason why you'd ever have a problem with a well built Audi engine. I'd love to see what kind of numbers you're running with stock internals and ZEX. Or are you planning on changing cams as well?

i'd probably run like 50-55 shot on stock internals (if i go for it) for awhile. If i didnt think that was enough then i would consider doing some internals so i could run more boost.

I cnat wait to hear how it all works out. I have been thinking of it for a while. Maybe that and then a supercharger? For me the S/C would be first!

i dont have the moola for a s/c, so thats why i am considering a ZEX kit. Granted that with a s/c would be a sick nasty 2.8!

EDIT: Plus I'm having major troubles with this place i ordered a remus catback from (www.autoaccessorystore.com do not buy from!!) So im gonna give em a call tomorrow and try and get my money back or something. Anyone know anything about that catback LLTEK sells for the 2.8?
