Default would replacing a clutch drip tranny oil??

I jsut had my clutch replaced and noticed that i am now dripping oil. I checked my engine oil and it is still pretty full, looks like nothing lost which leads me to believe that its the transmission.

What I would like to know is when replacing the clutch, do they break and oil seals in the process???

Thanks
