What interface are you using? Vag-com? Generic?

Try going to settings and turning FIFO off.

or

try this

You are missing a lot of readings. are you using a Vag-com or generic off eBay?

the HVAC codes show problems with the valves that direct air to your feet and the one that directs air over the a/c or heat. Taht will cause problems

00603

Footwell/Defroster Flap Motor V85

Blocks or de-energized /SP
- Short circuit, open circuit in wiring or incorrect terminal assignment (wires interchanged) of connectors between V85 and -E87-

- Footwell/defroster flap flap not operating freely

- -V85- inoperative
- Diagnose and repair short circuit, open circuit in wiring or confirm terminal assignment using wiring diagram

- Check for free operation of footwell/defroster flap

- Check -V85- using function 03 (Output DTM) Page 01-42

01271 4122

Temperature Regulator Flap Motor V68

Blocks or de-energized
/SP
- Short circuit, open circuit or incorrect terminal assignment (wires interchanged) of connectors between -V68- and -E87-

- Temperature flap sticking

- -V68- malfunction
- Diagnose and repair short circuit, open
circuit or confirm terminal assignment using wiring diagram

- Check for free operation of temperature flap

- Test -V68- using function 03 (Output DTM)

Yes and no.

You need the proper cable to connect your computer to the car. Generic cable can be bought from eBay for 40-60 bucks or so, but they have limited functionality, and often don't connect well. The free software you can get from Ross-tech is limited unless you buy the registered version for 100 dollars.

The Ross-tech cable and their full software costs about 230 dollars and comes with support. Worth the money for anyone with an Audi.
