Who should pay for a pre-inspection on a used car?
So i'm buying a car from a guy, private party seller.
I'm going in TOMORROW morning to get a pre-inspection done with him.
Who should pay for the inspection?
ME?
HIM?
If the car is clean, should i pay for it?
If the car is dirty, should he pay for it?
Maybe i pay for it, or take it out of the asking price or something?
Thoughts? Comments? THANKS!

I would think you would since you're the buyer. If you like it just make him an offer less than what he asking anyway. You'll get your money back one way or another. What kind of car?
