This is your turbo making some noise when it spools. If you hear this sound only when you step on the gas pedal it is turbine, but if not then it is something else. But to say what exactly is I would have to hear it.

Put the car in neutral while at speed. Does the sound go away?

Try keep a steady speed then take ur foot of the gas and then quick shots try to hear if
there sound changers , to make sure its a Drivetrain noise
It could be a Door Jam seal not sealing proper let in some wind noise ?
Give us a more infor

Probably a stupid question here, but do you have a roof rack or any roof bars?

I borrowed an A4 a while back with roof bars for cycles to stack on to and got a whistle on the motorway which made me think I'd knackered the car.

It turned out to be the roof bars in the wind.

Probably not this, but I thought I'd ask just to make sure.
