Check everything duh....Probably control arms or tie rods or both though.. Those would be the places to check first.. Could be anything though...

A "jingling" doesnt sound like control arms to me...

Sound like you make have a loose bolt or a loose exhaust hanger or something... get someone to revethe crap out of the car while in neutral and put your head under the car to see what it is...

It could be your brakes. is the sound like a short duration chirp or squeak? I had a similar prob on my '01 1.8T quattro. The stock rotors are larger than the stock pads, so with use, a ridge forms around the perimeter of the rotor. When i hit sharp bumps, the caliper had enough play so the pad would rub against the ridge. I had the ridge ground off, problem went away...

Oh I read "jiggle" not "jingle"... Just get some sound proofing spray and hose that **** down.. JK! Just get under there and take a good look around, its not that difficult.

Don't just replace your sway bar links. If you just replace those and your upper control arms are bad, you will wear out that set of links within 8 months easy.

I had a similar problem with an old beater i had.

Turns out one of the front spings broke and the loose part was clattering in the spring 'tray'.

I used weeks to find it, so I thought I'd mention it.
