Wheel Paint Coming Off?

Wheel Paint Coming Off?
So I got lazy tonight and just drove over to the closest Exxon who has a touchless carwash. I opted for the full deluxe with wheel cleaner and everything. I went ahead and sprayed my normal Eagle One tire cleaner on right before I headed in. Go through the whole wash and dry cycles and drive home.
I take a look all around as I haven't taken this car since I owned it to a carwash always do it myself each Saturday. But anyways, I look down at the wheels and notice that there is still some brake dust on the inner part of each spoke. So I go grab a rag to clean the rest of it off with. I get around and find that on each wheel the paint has pretty much faded off around each lip! On one particular spoke I see that it has completely come off all the way down to a gray base paint. There is no sparkle left on it at all.
So has anyone ever had this happen before?? Or any suggestions on what to do here?

RE: Wheel Paint Coming Off?
go to the car wash, and complain that they ruined your wheels.. and if they dont reimburse you they can contact your lawyer
(you dont actully need a lawyer.. just a bluff, and act forceful)
