well it's your average 3.0 liter V6 weight.. if anything it's lighter since it has no spark plugs [8D]

The reason most of the VAG diesels never made their way over here was because we refused to use ultra-low sulfer diesel fuel. Since that's changed, expect to see way more european imports offering their diesel engines.
