yep thats a turbo timer most likely a blitz turbo timer from the looks of it.

How about a picture from the front angle? Or is this an ad somewhere? kind of hard to tell what it is from that angle.

umm im gunna guess that is his car cuz in the pic he showed theres that silver dodge 1500 in the background and then in his disp pic you can see that same silver dodge in the driveway right there..
