Now idea what this is called - or even it's purpose - but I am now officially missing one! So if someone could tell me what this is called and where I may get one I would greatly appreciate it!

 

Those are your headlight washers. The part missing is the headlight washer cover. I think they sell them at ecstuning.com . Not very important to have, but a nice little luxury when you live in an area that gets covered with rock salt every winter.

 

Thanks, glad to know I don't need it but I hate having a hole n the front of the car.... now I just need to find one in the right color!
