Yeah, any wheel cleaner and a wash mitt should take it off.
Wheel acid owns though! hahahahahha, acid only reacts with metal, and the wheels have a clearcoat... so the acid eats off all the brake dust, with no effort! Still though, I feel better using a regular wheel cleaner, and an old wash mitt.

Yeah all the "yellow rust looking thing" on your WHEELS is brake dust mixed with wheel acid. Headshok is right any wheel cleaner and some TLC shoudl take it right off. I use a 3 step process when i clean my wheels.
1. Spray your wheel cleaner on ( I used one from Michellen <-- dont know if i spelled it right, but i am at work and dont have time to check it out) your wheels. Let it sit for like 2-3 mins
2. Have a bucket, a lint free towel, and a Old toothbrush ready. Scrub the "yellow rust looking" stains and at the same time wipping off the residue with the towel. Repeat process untill "yellow stains" are gone. Clean towel in bucket when dirty. Repeat for all wheels.
3. Spray some material to make your wheels shine. There are many out there in stores, just pick one.
