Whats the deal with B5's?
Why does it seem like everyone here has a B5? Personally I like the look of B6's way better, especially the front end. To me I'd rather have a B6 because a newer car means newer technology and a sleeker look.. Am I missing something, is there anything better about a B5 rather than a B6 engine wise or is it mainly cosmetic? I'll be buying a B6 relatively soon so I'd like to know your thoughts.
Also I have a super newb question sorry, what is a test pipe? I see people talking about them a lot but don't know what it is.

there are a ton of Audis in my area (Atlanta) .. and the more B6's i see.. the more i love my B5 .. dont get me wrong i love the B6 and B7 design.. they do loook badass when modded.. but any generation after the B5 the cars seem wwwaaaay to large for my taste.. the B5 has a much more compact "sporty" design IMO ...
If the B6+ models kept the same design in the compact size of the B5 .. it would be a different story

the difference from the B5 to the B6 is about 300 pounds of added weight
i have a B6 and i love it, i wanted a b5 orginally but ended up with a B6 becasue i had a great deal

and cooler but the downside as you can see in jeff's pic is the pass headlights get stolen left and right, you need to get an extra security system to keep a hold of one

hahaha thats hilarious...
b5's are way sportier looking...you can make the b6's look sporty, but its just not the same if you ask me...the silver b5 with black rims and polished lip w/ s4 side flares or whatever theyre called is sweet...i think his name is flyinB or something like that...that b6 is by far the sexiest i think i will ever see
