Since my dealer can not find the 06 A4 I want I may build one, and I was wondering what the price difference would be? My dealer says he did not know, and said the price would increase 1-5%. Does anyone have a better idea???

You may build one? Can't you just find the prices on the audi.com website with all the options and features?

 

Audi does not have the 2007 A4 prices up...

 

it shouldn't be that different - no new options came out or anything

 

Ok I hate to say this but then how the hell would we know?

 

i say if you're going to build one do the german tour thing that i'm pretty sure audi does. It's similar to Volvo, in where they have a package deal where you fly out to Sweden and tour the factory, then watch your car being built on the line, and then you drive around Europe for a little bit, then ship it home. and it's all free if you buy the car. Pretty sure Audi does something like that to if you're going to buy a brand new one.

The 06 will be a better deal since it comes with a 4 yr free maintenance which the 07 won't have.

 

Yeah I know, my dealer says you can buy that maintenance aggrement for $500.

 

depending on where you live, if your dealer cant find an 06 a4 within a reasonable amount of time, he is worthless and doesnt know how to do his job. Take your business elsewhere. Go to a dealer where they have the resources to find you the car you want, and will actually take the initiative in the hunt for it. Thats the kind of service you deserve if you are going to be paying dealer costs.
