All,

I'm thinking to replace my '04 stock (Symphony system) speakers. Right now I'm looking at Polk db6750. What do you guys think about this speaker? Is it about the same as my stock speakers or better than stock speakers?

I don't want to buy something that same as or even worse than the stock. Thanks for your help.

 

i like my stock speakers, why do you want to change, add a larger sub if you want new speakers.....

Well... because I've had problems with those speakers and dealers couldn't find what's wrong with it.

Ttweeters on both driver side door (front and rear) sometimes gives me static sound. Moreover, sometimes there is even no sound at all. It's not happen all the time so dealers can't fix them if they can't duplicate the problem. I'm like forget it, it's a perfect execuse to replace them. :P

 

i have that same problem, but it is soo random and i just fiddle w/the volume, i guess it is a problem across the board, but audi doesn't really like dealing w/stereo problems since they don't make them.... plus i don't have the money to spend on new speakers, right now, go performance first
