What's wrong with GIAC, APR, or REVO?
I'm not going to knock the Wett chip, as I know next to nothing about it... but why go out of your way for some nearly unknown brand, when I just listed three that have outstanding reputations?

Wett is definitely not an "unknown" brand. They have been around for a long time and I know a few that have a chip from them.

Wetteraurer has a decent reputation and good cust service. They are just not as widely distributed as GIAC or APR.

Yeah, I know they aren't unknown in the truest sense... I almost bought an A4 that had the Wett chip, when I was shopping a couple years back.
Just seemed strange to go through the hassle of tracking down a Wett chip.
I understood that while they're not garbage, like Neuspeed for instance, they aren't quite up to snuff with the big 3, either.

That's actually better than the competition... that's for a North American 1.8T with K03?

well .8 bar is another way of measuring boost. 1bar=14.7psi. 5bar will mostlikey be the fuel pressure reulator. because 5 bar would be a lot of boost

must have been, im looking for the site now but having a hard time. how does a 1 bar tune stack up against the "big three" tuning companies? is that what all the stage one tunes without injectors are? just trying to put it into perspective.
