yes, those are the 8000k from vvme, scale of 1-10.. probably a 10
the stock halogens i would have been lucky to see 20 feet infront of me.. these are a good 50-70 feet
a lower light temp will be better to cut through rain, fog, and snow.. hense why i have the yellow fogs

I have the 6000K from vvme.com. I still haven't gotten around to taking a night shot, but they are almost white, with a very slight tinge of blue to them if you're looking right at them. the reflection off of white road signs and other reflective things is almost pure white.
the difference in nighttime visibility is dramatic. I guarantee you'll love your HIDs, now get them!

hey ironman, thanks for the congrats on my wedding coming soon...its gonna be huge...im a sicilian with a huge family, and to top that off, we are having a 40's mob themed wedding...gotta go out (of the single life) with a bang!! lol....
other wise i ended up getting the 8000k, i figured since they said the 6000k were alot brighter than the stock halogens, then i could deal with the 8000k just to get more color out of them, and they should still be a night and day difference between stock and the ones im getting...
