I ordered a new MBC from them almost 2 weeks ago and I have not received anything from them!!!! It said I would get a confermation e-mail when it was shipped out and I never got that. I also have not gotten my MBC yet. They took the money out of my account already (go figure) and that was the last thing that has happened. I have sent them 2 e-mails and tried calling them twice but only get a stupid machine to leave a message on. They have not returned either call or either of my e-mails. Anyone else had any problems with this company? (If you can even call them that.) GRRR!!!! I just want my MBC!!!

i did too, it took 3weeks. I called and emailed and then called and caught them there. They apologized and said something about how they make the mbc but outsource the valve. They said that the valve was late and that was why i didnt get it. He did 2day shipping upgrade for free. Overall pleased. i understand ur frustration, just be patient,u will get it this week.

 

if they would just offer a standerd mbc and not 40+ combonations of colors to choose from, this wouldnt be a problem. The products look good, but the options are far to much.

 

That's an even better claim! Check your mail, and when you do what I said, tell them your friend had the same problem. It'll only back your argument up and make them cave into the pressure!

 

HAHA you did have a good idea... Not sure if I like the idea of lying to them though.

Oh come on, if they've been delivering THAT kind of customer service since day 1, someone needs to put them in their place so six months down the road, nobody is having issues. It'll only make the company better. If you won't do it, I will.

 

I ordered my MBC about 3 weeks ago, and still havent gotten it. and they already have my money too. this is bullshit, we need to get together and get our MBCs. I have sent countless emails and have even talked to someone on the phone. he told me it would ship monday (two weeks ago), and it would be to me by wed, this did not happen. If i dont get the right one, ill be pissed. im serious about poltting on em, i want my MBC.

Yeah we've all been trying to contact them. I think it's time for some legal action; does anybody live near them that can go to their place of business? There's no point in waiting around anymore.

 

Wow, so I am not the only one! Yeah I will see if my dad can get a working number for them... he has his ways , If I find anything out I will let you all know.
