Default A very bad day, accidents happen

tuesday november 8, 2005, pulled into a "non-stoplight" intersection turning left. Continue to turn left while a small ford pick-up is coming straight at me (i was in the nearest lane, she, (friggan A, women) was turning left too, but came straight towards me), i try and avoid it but she t-bones me in my front right.

what sucks is this will probably be a mutual claim because i did not see her yet she was at great fault, i could have not continued the turn, but i was looking to my right to make sure there were no cars coming.

sry, bad quality, w/e camera, i was pissed

this sucks... estimated 4000 and i'm 16, please do not lecture me on what i should have done, thank you.

dont worry man 4000 isnt that bad
at least it isnt a total lost, or your air bags went off

just be glad your alive man

so she came from the other direction rite, and then turned, or was she to the right of you and then turned in to you

i doubt shes gonna go wit a mutual claim shes gonna try and pin it on you
do u have any witness or anything

yea, i'm just angry cus i promised myself i'd never get in an accident, but yea, it's not that bad i guess.

She was going straight and continued straight as i turned, she was also looking to "her" right, meaning she didn't see me.

She was actually nice and it was her first accident too,
she had no damage basically so she prolly won't try to pin it on me.

i got in my first accident when i was 16 as well (just over a year ago) but that was in my ricer days. I had a 97 mitsubishi eclipse but i didnt rice it out i just had tinted windows and 5 spoke 18's i do miss it sometimes but anyways, i decided to race my friend in his 00 toyota celica and went over a little incline to find some loser in a yellow ford focus covered in stickers blocking both our lanes trying to complete a U-turn. I was ahead of the celica (rocked him off the line) and drilled the ugly *** focus. Long story shot i totaled it would have been about 7 g to fix. plus since i was a 16 year old in a sporty car i got a wreckless which i took to court and got it reduced (b*tches)
