It was changed about a thousand miles ago, it doesn't happen at all at hot idle, just a few seconds on a cold startup, I used a 10w30 weight oil, should I cosider using a different weight?

This is how the 3.0s are, because the oil pressure drains out of the cam aduster and it is noisey till there is pressure
