Default Uneven Pad Wear

I just did my pads and rotors all around. My right rear pad isn't wearing on the whole rotor. Only the upper half is getting rubbed by the pad. I pulled my e-brake a little to try and seat it, i did notice that it did rub some of the bottom half too. Anyone experienced this? Am I looking at a new caliper? Thanks

How is your squeeling similar to uneven pad wear??
Anyway..
If your rotors were warped at all, that can cause uneven pad wear, so can a caliper not functioning properly. Keep an eye on the new set of pads/rotors. Take the wheel off in a couple months and see how they are wearing.

Check your slider pins too.

good call on the slider pins. the pads and rotors are completely new all around. this is the only wheel thats wearing strange. So the caliper isn't very suspect? haynes manual said to replace slider pins at every pad interval, i didn't.

You don't need to replace them. Re grease them and make sure they move well.

they sell non-squeak stuff that you spray on the back of your pads that makes it stop squeaking...

i took out my stock pads and sprayed that stuff on and there is no more squeak... look into it...

Any high temp silicone (like high temp gasket sealer/maker) will work. Just put it on the backside of the pads and re-install.

I would say a break caliper service and check the break pistons for sticking
