For other inexpensive mods... get a boost gauge. That's invaluable whether you are chipped or not.

Ooo! Ooo! Which TT(s) has that feature?
Also, what would be a good place to put a TT so it's legable(spl) while driving. My 98' has the cold weather package so the obvious place (oppossing the fog lamp switch) is out of the question due to the heated seat dials.
...maybe where the ashtray is? That's about all I can think of, but I don't want it to look cheap.
Any suggestions would be great!

That cracks me up.
Blitz FATT and DSTT and the like have boost gauges built in along with 0-60 time and 1/4 mile time. (this is all estimated of course) and can be bought in a black case and red display to match your interior lights
