These are mostly if not all fwd 1.8t's so take off a small percent of power. Also remember some of these are older and the tunes are less than perfect.

On that read i highly doubt, and do not believe that he got full boost "25psi" at 3k rpms. I would wanna see logs to convince me.

in 3rd-5th gear, yes you will. Again, you dont have to be a DBB turbo to spool fast.

Did you miss that part where i said that spool is about the same? I guess i should of said that the t3 spools faster. You dont get the same load on a dyno as on the street, so spool will be faster on the street.

So the last guy that dynoed hit full boost at 3600 to 3700 and that was at 19psi, so this guy is claming 25psi 6psi more at 3000, just saying its not adding up, i would wanna see a graph. And yes i know that you dont get the same load on the street.

Lets see, higher gear (4th), + more load from the street, + giac ko3 chip with much more low end timing (which increases spool), its more than doable and he isnt the only one.

Not to mention he ran ko3 sw on a gt28rs .64 &.86, gt2871r .64 & 86, t3t4 57trim and then a t3 60trim and making far more power than people with specific chips.

I would post his logs but his girl had a baby and he sold off the gti and most of his logs and dynos are now dead links.

send murderface a pm, he has the dyno that was in that link somewhere.

Im trying for logs now, but he just posted and i sent him an im to see if he has any logs left. But he just posted this and his ko3 dyno (235whp 270tq) and his t3 60 dyno (317whp 304tq) both in 3rd gear. So the spool and power would both of been higher if done in 4th.

GT-ER

Wow, gotta love arguments..lol.
Gberg888GLI, you obviously know absolutely nothing about the T3S60. Just the way you describe it's "power delivery" shows it.
A 1.8T with a T3S60 does not fell "naturally aspirated" until AFTER it hits full boost. It's power before full boost is actually similar to the K03. Of course the K03 spools quicker, it's turbine housing is smaller than my fist and the wheel is smaller than my eye ball... but the T3S60 really isn't much more laggy. How is that possible? Simple, it's more efficient. Why didn't VW install it from the start...good question...but spool isn't the only thing VW was after...I bet the got a hell of a deal from KKK ( $$$ ).
Here is one of my T3-60trim dynos:

Here is one of my K03 dynos:

Both done in 3rd gear and on a dyno jet. Notice the difference in lag? The K03 got full boost by about ~3400rpm and the T3 by ~3600rpm. Not much of a difference at all... this is on a dyno where there is less load than on the road...in the road they will both spool considerably sooner. But what is the difference? 200-300rpm? That's is almost negligible and you honestly can barely even feel the difference in time.
I cannot think of a single person who would find the T3S60 laggier than a K03s...especially after feeling the HUGE difference it make in power. 50+whp difference is pretty hard to ignore.
And this is from someone who has actually OWNED both.
