Default Trying to find Cruise control module

Does anyone know where the cruise control module is on a B5 A4 1.8T Quattro? I believe it looks like this:

I think its under the dash, hehind the glove box -but don't quote me on that - I'll post some schematics tonight if no one else has.

Oh hey, can i have the one for the automatic please? I've declared war on my CC system and i'm planning on reporting back on what it was. Its not the stalk switch. Going to try resoldering the CC module solders on the pcb next. The diagram would be nice though.

Im such a loner, it never even occurred to my to just ask someone for them...

Mine is also broken. What are the common causes for the CC to be faulty? It's a 99.5 1.8T tip.

The cruise is a vacuum system - cruise vac pump is a common issue or vac leak. New pump cost $149 from ECStuning.com. No idea how you would test to see if that is the problem. Troys - I'll see what I can do tonight for ya
