Tranny is acting a fool

Tranny is acting a fool
It just started happening at the track, go figure. Spare me the "I told you so's" I did not neutral drop it, I know thats dumb. But I did brake torque which is a common practice in autos. Now when I go from neutral to drive theres a wicked thump, the whole car shakes and while driving when the car downshifts to stop its harsh when it engages the gears. How do I change the tranny fluid in this thing? I didnt see any dipstick.
16.8@84 if anyone was curious.

u need to take it to a shop that specials in audi/vw to have ur trans flushed and the filter changed, there is no dipstick to check it and the car needs to be perfectly flat to do so. im not sure if that is ur problem sounds likey u broke sumthin. oh yea... what mods u have?

If you are locking up you lost fluid, probably not a direct product of racing it, more like you pushed something broken over the edge. Careful about driving it, you might destroy your transmission really easily. It needs shop attention for repairs of whatever lost the fluid and a fluid flush. Probably about 300 bucks if you haven't broken it.

yes, bone stock with my driving skills. 52k miles, I had suspected the tranny needed to be flushed, now if the dealer would stop jerking me around and take some action. And 16.8 is a pretty crappy ET, my friend's Expedition was running 17.0 @ 75.
