hey guys just wondering what you all think.. got my oil change done yesterday and took in my oil about 5qt worth and i belive he used it all because its about quarter or more above the dip stick level's max. after researching it says that audi's take 3.7 qt with filter? and is it bad to drive with it like this? have some drained ?

Start with car/year/engine please.
1.8t is a little over 4, so 5 is probably a little too much.

whats the big deal, just drain the excess oil.
