Default tire/wheels and suspension work

Hi everyone
I have plans to switch tires and wheels on my A4 3.0 base as well as lower the suspensions with the right set of springs.
Here are my dilemas on which I am looking for some experienced suggestions.

I want the final suspension work to be a linear look (not higher in the rear like the factory one) and I HAVE TO STAY AWAY FROM Coil-Overs DUE TO BUDGET. The problem is that the Eibach and H&R springs I've seen so far provide the same "drop" level in the front and rear which will result in a slighly higher rear, i.e. just like it is now but lower. I came into this manufacturer called H-Sport that makes a set that gives a 1.0" F and 1.1" R drop.

1. I need a lower drop than just 1", any suggestions?
2. Is anyone familiar with H-Sport springs? How do they perform?
3. What do you think of 18x8 wheels compared to 19x8.5?

Thanks

1. 1" will still give you wheel well clearance. if you want an even drop, CO's are the best way to go.
2. I know H-sport makes good sway bars. not sure about the springs.
3. I'm assuming you have a B6. IMO, 18's or 19's, the look of the wheel will make your car complete. you can't really go wrong with either size.
