Hey guys,

I did some searching on the 2nd gear power loss using tiptronic and i never found a thread where someone figured out what the actual problem/fix was.

quick description of the issue:

in tip mode only, in second gear using medium to heavy throttle the rpm's reach about 2800-3000 and then drop about 200-400 rpm and then climb again.

i've temporarily solved it by not shifting out of first until i know the rpms in second gear wont drop below 3000 but i cant believe thats the only fix

 

so we've got nothing here? i find it odd that apparently quite a few people have had the issue but haven't figured out what it is...
