Good info right there. Can you explain how exactly the tip chip over rode the problem or what the problem was to begin with? Or PM me cuz its off topic i guess.

my Transmission control unit chip was going bad, and the tip chip over-rode the problem. It was cheaper to upgrade than get a new TCU.

He said his current tranny ecu was going bad. The tip-chip replaces the stock Tranny ecu I think. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

BOOYA!! I just got my REVO chip installed last night .... Talk about some addition power!!! I am lovin it, the power gains from 3000 to 6000 rmp is better than I expected .... In 3rd gear it feels like I can go from 55 to 90 in about 2 seconds .... the chip is definatly worth the money! Now it is time for exhaust.....wheels, tires, suspension, brakes, hoses, FMIC, intake, injectors, K04, Rieger body kit ..... did i leave anything out?? Ha Ha .... the money pit has begun!
