So ia mm changing my timing belt today. I open it all up and it all looks new maybe 10000 miles of wear. Oh well 300 doallrs for piece of mind I guess and the expieriance doesnt hurt.[&:]

 

good luck bro hope all goes well. im planning to do mine in the next couple weeks. quick question, i have a 2.8 do you recommend using the cam locking tooL? i really don't want to pay nearly $100 for it, but i found one that you can rent online. is it necessary?

 

Ya, better safe than waaay sorry. Shoulda done your snub mount while you were doing the belt.
