Default Time For engine work

Hey guys I have finally finished with my audi body and would like to move on to my engine, It is my daily driver and I want some more performace but with the ablity to add more hps if i feel like i need it, with so many kits out there i have no idea where to start i would like to get around 250hps. I need to know which ones i need a new clutch for or a fmic, manifold. so if anyone here knows alot about updating a turbo please let me know

what engine do you have 1.8t or 2.8 ?
