Those of you that have a lwfw, was it worth it?

RE: Those of you that have a lwfw, was it worth it?
i love my lwfl, it revs a lot quicker more like a NA car, makes heel and toein easier. when the car is in neutral it does have some chatter, kinda sounds like shakin dice in a yactsee* sp? cup. however i really don't notice downfall to it. i got mine replaced when i went to a stage 3 8 panel ceramic clutch from unorthodox racing.

ok beermod i approved all your post in this thread so people can see them and ill try to approve them as the come up.
anyways ya i had a lwfw and only had chatter 2 or 3 times over the entire year + i had the clutch. never was a problem with me. also hte car revs quicker and the rpms fall quicker. i would get one if you can

I can afford it, but I don't want chatter. My GSX has a stock FW with a 6 puck and it has chatter I don't want that in the A4. Maybe more will chime in?

I havean awe lwfw for my s4and that bitch chatters alll dayyy long when under 1600 rpms...my solution is to just accelerate much faster and i get zero chatter. the gains you notice aren't considerably better. its half the weight, loosens up some potential power, revs a bit quicker...but if you don'thave to replace your stock fw or do a clutch job i'd say for an a4 its not nec.

i second what deb said. its such a bitch. which rs4 clutch you have? the ecs ones? i got ecs stage 2 and chatter is a way of life below 2k.
