thats funny cause i have actually been there before and yesterday i was comin back from like south wads and it was like 6:00 o clock and i was gonna go talk to your audi tech guy i think his name is colin maybe he has a crazy beard but anyways i stopped at a random gas station and he was there and he said you guys closed early so i got to just talk to him about a few things at the gas station and it just worked out weird but good.cause he said you guys usually close at like 8:00 so it worked out.

well im not there right now. im in college at tcu. i work over the summers. yes colin has a sweet beard, the other tech is scott. trevor and scott own the place.

lol that will take a long time. thats why i started working there. i dont really work on the cars as much as i would like to but i get to be there and learn everything they do. plus its fun work

Got some questions. The foulers just help to not show codes? Im not worried about emmisions but really dont want to look at a check light. I gotta get a vag program and reader, anybody have a link? Thanks guys

All you really need though is an ebay OBDII cable and the vag com shareware version software to read/clear codes and do some other stuff. You should be able to find a download for the shareware version of vag com on the net though pretty easily.

well the fauler should make it so the code dosent come on. it pulls the o2 out of the exhaust pipe.

Yea it should... I use 2 long non foulers and still get a code and a CEL about every 300 miles that needs to be cleared. Although right now Im on 350 miles since last CELand no CEL yet... It should be showing its ugly face any day now.But, its a fact that the CEL is more of a problem with newer motors with test pipe compared to older motors (AEB engine code) There is a post somewhere in this thread about a dude (wayne) that sells a 90 degree elbow type non fouler that has proven to be more effective than regular non foulers... I would buy one from him if I cared enough about clearing codes/CEL's every 300 miles, but i dont.
Im sure if I didnt have any non foulers that id have a CEL every other day if not every day.
