Taking the Plunge!!!!

RE: Taking the Plunge!!!!
Lol and the funny thing is, I think I actually might know that guy who is selling it. He runs a small shop that is a APR dealer. That's where I got my A6 chipped. I remember him showing me his S4 and he said that he had an extra 2.7T engine that he had pulled. I could see him selling it if he didn't think he could use it.

RE: Taking the Plunge!!!!
For those of you who have never succesfully completed a engine swap have no room to talk. Ive swapped a g35 engine out stock with a built 600 HP Built from the ground up TT engine in. Well I helped my friend who owned the car did all the work In one day. Granit we just got it in there for that day, and the next day when sunlight hit the ground we did everything else.
-Now i know of course its going to be a lot harder than a g35 becuase it seeems like everything in audis are just rediculous

RE: Taking the Plunge!!!!
Im not saying its impossible. Im saying once you come to terms with the amount of money youre going to have tospend on things in addition to theengine inorer to make it work, compared to the alternatives, youre going to either forget it or give up. So please, PROVE ME WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!! It would be the coolest thing for you, and Id gladly pay pal you the $10 when complete [8D]
BTW, I have r &r'd an old 8v prelude engine, a Jeep 4.0, dropped the tranny on an rx7 twice, and a bunch of other stuff. So, the room to talk seems to be plentiful for me But that has nothing to do with the financial downfall/aspect of your plan.
