Default taillight question

ok i bought a 99 a4 about a month ago with the pass. side rear driving light the same bulb as the brake light was out. the brake light works just the driving light isnt on.im just getting sick of getting pulled over already. is it a fuse or a short or what. ive already replaced the bulb.and i dont have a manual for the car so i need to know what fuse it is and the placement. ps. the fuse panel is basically your kick panel right below your hood latch right?
any help would be awesome thanks guys

fuses are in the door jam right around the corner from your vent. Has a plate on it that you just pry off.

I think in the manual they have all the fuses, their ampage, and what they control or are being used for. In fact, there might be a diagram on the actual panel itself but its been a while since i have gotten in there. Anyway, hope you figure it out and good lunch.
