True Story:
A bunch of people were hanging out at my buddies Scott's house one night, and Ryan had his '92 Eclipse GS-X (Ran 12.1s) parked out front next to the street. After about five minutes of being inside, they heard tires screeching, and then a horrible sound... Of two cars crunching into each other. They run outside and there's a Hyundai sitting on it's roof in the street, and Ryan's car all crushed up in the front, and the front passenger wheel turn BACKWARDS.
The dumb Bitch was driving drunk with three guys in the car, who were also drunk. She ran off the road, and hit Ryan's car head on, and flipped her car. The details were vague, as they were all drinking as well, but after looking at his car, it made me sick.
But, not all is lost. He got $5,200 from the insurance company, and bought the car back for $800. And now he's going through the process of straightening the chassis, and getting ready for a Slow-Boy Racing Block.
So these things always turn out ok, just do things right, and you'll end up with some change in your pocket.
