RE: Stereo System Finished (finally)
wow bro, im not tryin to be a dick but u kinda got ripped off. I could get 2 JL Audio 12's, JL Amp, Custom sub enclosure with custom made audi rings over the sub holes, all the converters, wiring, etc. for 300 more. And that price is plus installation. hopefully ill be getting this done at the end of summer. But it sounds like u still have a pretty nice setup, enjoy!

lol well all you guys that have it done get ripped off but its not a big deal some people just dont know how to do stereo stuff, for the price you guys paid I could have a set up that would win SPL competitions in custom boxes too that I made but its not that big of a deal, you can do what you can do and if your happy with what you got then thats all that matters

Looks good, although I would have mounted the amp updside on the rear deck and stayed away from the convertors - you don't need them.
I agree with the comment on getting a dedicated sub amp. My similar setup is a dual voice Polk 10" sub, wired for a 2 ohm load, hooked to a mono class D Sony amp producing 500 watts RMS at 0.6% THD. The combination works very well - nice clean sound, and more power than I need. And since you mounted your amp on the side of the cargo area, you have the space for it.
