yea, they are fully functioning seats. I have lumbar, recline and everything power. They are great!.Since i have been to racing schools and driven cars iwth racing seats they dont hold liek racing seats will but they are great for the desire for on the street. If u plan to turn ur car into a race car then u would need to switch to acing seats but i feel these are fine for teh street and occasional track use.
