To stand alone or not

To stand alone or not
I have a 2001.5 1.8t quattro. I have a hybrid ko4 and it is already gaic chipped. I am very soon going to a custom turbo application from Innovative Turbo which utilizes the reverse manifold to move the turbo closer to the bonnet than the frame. Will I be able to have the exsisting ecu tuned for this application or will I have to go with a standalone from 034 motorsports. This is a costly decision for me and I Just want to have the right stuff the first time. Any knowledge would be helpful. I also noticed that ever top mount turbo pic on this car has no MAF just filter than turbo.

lol, I like the update:
VTEC.... All the lag, none of the turbo. It's like waiting for bad sex
Of course sometimes even bad sex is better than no sex, not sure how that relates to a honda though.
