Default Staggered fitment?

Whats up guys i'm looking to get 19"staggered fitment wheels for my a4 quarttro. I did some research on this in the forum and it seems that i will have to tweek my suspension? Is this a must for just regular driving? Also will the tires rub against the wheel wells, and how much will i need to drop the car to almost have the tip of the tire at the fender after the wheels?
Also anybody know good deals on staggered wheels w/ tires right now? Must look nice on a 99 a4 toO

I got 19" for my b6 awd and they said not to get a staggered setup that you need 19" by 8.5 all around
235/35/19 tire

u can have like a 3 inch lip on the rear and have 2 inch in the front as long as all the rims are still like 8.5 or wutever all around
