My car was /is squeaking REALLY bad, both front suspension and rear. Front was both my right side control arms, while the back was the struts. Def get your control arms checked out, they are not expensive to fix at all!

my audi a4 does the same thing, if i push down on the back of the car, or go over a bumb it is a abnoxious squeaky noise. it ended up being my struts, not getting oil. put new ones in and the squeaking is all gone : )

how much do rear struts run for and how labour intense is it? is it possible for someone that doesnt have to much experience or knowledge on cars to do? just follow a diy is what im thinking.

Default struts

I got both of my back struts for 178.00 a piece, but I went with the expensive ones, the least expensive were only 93.00 a piece. Labor wise, they were really easy to put in. My mechanic did mine quickly and did not charge a lot.
