springs decision to be made
I just recently bought some new 18" rims for my 2000 Audi A4 1.8T and was planning to combine Eibach Sportline Springs with Bilstein Sport Shocks to drop it, but I noticed that Eibach does not produce Sportline's for my B5 chassis. Any suggestions on alternatives to Eibach that still gives me at least a 1.7" drop so my rims tuck nicely? Also, I've already looked into coilovers and would prefer not to spend that much, but if thats the only other way, then I have no other choice. Any kind of advice is greatly appreciated.

RE: springs decision to be made
i have the neuspeed sport springs with bilstein sport shocks. i love 'em. get your bilstein's grooved and you can raise/lower the car at will. but, i did that and ended up bringing it back up to stock sport height after slammin' it. it just didn't like being that low. the balance of the car was f'd up. my personal opinion is ... the audi engineers knew something when they set the ride height for sport models.
