Default Which Spark plug?

I have a 98 1.8tqm with k&n, giac 93oct, n75j, and forge dv and I was wanting to know the ideal spark plug for my setup? I also would like to know if I should go a step colder, and change the gap. Thanks!

You want a .028 gap for chipped and BKR6E is a good plug.

Agaree thatBKR6 is a good plug, and is cheap.

I'd just go with OEM platinum NGK (expensive) but saves you having to change them as often. Agree with 0.028 gap.

+1 for BKR6E at .028. Cost $1.87/plug at NAPA around here. Should be changed about every 10k miles. You dont need to go a heat range cooler unless you have a BT.
